Established in 2014, Hangzhou Pulan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Pulan’ ) is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the scientific research & development, production and business operation, mainly engaging in production, import and export business of crop protection, crop nutrition and fine chemicals.
Pulan has two production bases with a total area of nearly 38, 000 square meters. It has passed the authentication of ISO90001:2000 quality management system and ISO14001:2004 environmental management system. And it is a nationally designated agrochemical manufacturer and one of the TOP 100 pesticide preparation enterprises of China.
Pulan’s core product is hydrogen cyanamide with an annual quantity 30000 tons and Pulan has been one of the biggest manufacturers of hydrogen cyanamide with the highest quality in China. 90% of our products are exported to more than 20 countries and areas.

Our History
Pulan’s founder, Mr. Xu starts an import and export business of Pesticide.
Pulan enters the Crop Nutrition’s domestic and international markets. In the same year, Pulan Biotech purchased and moved to a new office.

Strict Quality Control
All products follow inspection when enter storage and production line’s twice daily random test. Before products are shipped from warehouse, test reports will be generated according to client needs.
